- People laugh when I gush about how much my beauty school certificate means to me. But it was the first time I dropped the relationship distractions and went all-in on myself. It was the springboard to my self-worth/value perception and catalyst to where I am now.
- After getting liposuction at about 22 (because of massive insecurities from a toxic eleven-year relationship, and feeling no closer to feeling confident and empowered afterward), I realized something deeper was running the show.
I became obsessed with understanding and making the subconscious mind work for myself and other women to create wealth and joy.
- I don’t believe in “end goals” because we always evolve. There’s always a new season behind the current one. And there is always something new to learn.

Growing up between Hempstead and Franklin Square, Long Island (as the “different looking” girl), confidence was always a challenge.
Toxic relationships, bouncing between clubs, jobs, and ideas, (never doing more than talk the talk).
My family’s great expectations for me became a nagging shadow of unrealized potential.
But as my parents modeled through their unique life experiences, you can always get back up (it doesn’t matter if life or your actions have kicked you in the mouth)!
