This includes closure on weekends and federal and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off. There may or may not be replacement staff or options put into place.

Refunds:

1. Refund Policy & All Sales Final

Except as expressly provided herein or required by applicable mandatory state law, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any partial or full fees paid after purchase.

2. State Law & Cooling-Off Period Disclosures

Notwithstanding Section 1, if you reside in a state or jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of cancellation (a "cooling-off period" or "right to cancel"), your purchase shall be subject to those specific legal rights. If your state law grants you a mandatory period during which you may cancel this agreement without penalty (typically 3 business days from purchase), you may cancel by delivering written notice of cancellation to us at lisa@lisalatimerconsulting.com prior to midnight of the applicable deadline set by your state’s law.

3. Immediate Delivery & Waiver

By making a purchase and requesting or consuming immediate access to proprietary materials, live coaching, digital content, or digital communications (e.g., via Voxer, Skool, or direct content delivery), you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may terminate upon full or partial delivery of the services, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Upon agreement to a payment plan, you authorize Lisa Latimer and/or Lisa Redondo, and/or Lisa Latimer Consulting, to charge your credit card for the agreed-upon payments for the full duration of the agreement, and/or until the purchase amount is paid in full. Contract agreement is your consent to payment completion until your full balance is settled. This is because of the immediate access to intellectual property and/or time, and/or services, which may or may not include deliverables and/or done-with-you services and time.

For In-Person Events and Micro Trainings

1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds / Non-Transferable)
The Rule: Due to limited venue seating and upfront material preparation, all ticket sales are 100% non-refundable.

The Exception (At My Discretion): If an attendee cannot make it, their ticket credit can either be transferred to a future local event date or applied toward a 1-on-1 strategy session within 30 days online, such as a Zoom call, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" forfeit their registration fee entirely and also forfeit any additional sessions that the initial investment pre-paid, as additional sessions build on the initial session.

2. Event Timing & On-Time Arrival
The Rule: Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start time. To protect the experience for all attendees and ensure the 60-90-minute agenda runs smoothly, late arrivals past 10 minutes from the start time may be turned away or asked to reschedule for a future session without a refund.

3. Materials & Proprietary Content
The Rule: All workbooks, frameworks, audits, and training materials provided during the event are proprietary. Attendees agree that these materials are for personal implementation in their individual real estate practices and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed for commercial coaching or training purposes.

4. Media & Photo Release
The Rule: By attending this micro-event, you grant the host permission to capture photographs, audio, and brief video footage during the session for future marketing, promotional, and educational use.

5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
The Rule: In the rare event the host must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather, attendees will be offered a choice of a full refund or an immediate transfer to the rescheduled event date.
